RV Park at Umpqua's Last Resort
Our stunningly situated RV Park, in the middle of the Umpqua National Forest is the perfect place to stay a while and see the many sites in the North Umpqua area. Such as Crater Lake National Park, Toketee Falls, Watson Falls, the 79 mile North Umpqua Trail and so much more.
We have 3 types of RV site to choose from, Petite, Deluxe and Super Sites. Pick based on your preference and RV size.
Daily RV Sites
Super Sites are limited and spacious, each site is individually unique from the next with a mixture of landscaping. They have packed gravel for parking and a patio area, suitable for even the heaviest coaches. Each site has its own fire pit and picnic table. Full Hook Up = Sewer, water and a choice of 30 or 50 amp power. All these spaces are “back -in” you are surround by grass and trees. Choose these if you have a larger RV, or just like lots of space to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. No tent camping. Rates starting at $58 per night
Deluxe Sites are perfect for the midsize RV’s family vacation. Site length is 50 ft. Max RV length is 30ft, if your RV is longer than 30ft you must book a Super Site. They have packed gravel for parking and a patio area. Room to sit out, enjoy the nature, the scenery or cook out over the camp fire pit. Each site has its own fire pit and picnic table. No tent camping. Full Hook Up = Sewer, water and a choice of 30 or 50 amp power. Rates starting at $48 per night
Petite Sites for those who prefer a small footprint. Camper Vans, Tear drop and Pop up trailers welcome! These landscaped sites have plenty of outdoor space and include fire pit, picnic table, 30 amp power and water. Tents may not be placed on the grass.

Seasonal guests staying on a monthly basis are required to provide a deposit and have a valid driver’s license, registration, credit card, and comprehensive insurance coverage. RVs must be fully functional, operable, and towable, with a well-maintained appearance free of rust, debris, mildew, or neglect. To maintain a welcoming and scenic environment, we ask that sites remain tidy and free of excess clutter for routine park landscaping and maintenance. Electricity is metered at $0.14 per kilowatt-hour and billed monthly, due at the end of the reservation. Please note that monthly stays are intended for seasonal travelers and are not for permanent or long-term residency. A deposit equivalent to the first month’s stay is required to confirm advance monthly reservations.
Seasonal Guest Rates: $1,200 - $1,500 (May 1st - September 30th)
Winter Seasonal Guest Rates: $750 + Electric (October 1 - April 30th)
