Acts of God
Acts of God can happen anywhere and ruin your vacation. Fires happen in National Forests every year just as Hurricane’s happen on coastal areas. Subject to Umpqua’s Last Resort’s Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy herein, it is expressly agreed that Umpqua’s Last Resort’s will not be held responsible and will not issue a refund for any reservations that are cancelled, prevented, restricted or interfered with by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, Act of God, hurricane, storms, wars, civil or military disturbances, environmental hazards, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Umpqua’s Last Resort’s. In the event you attempt to cancel your reservation, arrive late, depart early, or otherwise alter your reservation as a result of any of the foregoing, you will be subject to Umpqua’s Last Resort’s Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy as detailed herein. Travel Insurance can be a solution to help mitigate the risk for some of these issues. Umpqua’s Last Resort’s recommends you investigate the merits of perhaps purchasing travel insurance to cover the cost of your reservation in case of the foregoing.
Winter Travel
