DESCRIPTION:
Don't let the name fool you! The Dread and Terror segment is one of the most epic and extreme rides around. At 4,280ft elevation, you will traverse up and down with a final elevation decrease to 1,320ft. Many forms of flowing water make this segment unique and exciting. Passing Lemolo Falls a 102ft "horsetail-type" falls, Surprise and Columnar Falls, the Hot Springs, Toketee Lake, Toketee Falls a double-tiered 80ft and 40ft plunging fall and many other spectacular sights make this a truly unique visual experience. Be prepared for an extreme ride.

OUR TIPS:
- Poison Oak, ticks and mosquitos can be prevalent on the North Umpqua Trail. Bring repellent!
- The North Umpqua Trail is a high endurance ride for both you and your bike. Make sure your bike and your body is in good working order to ensure an optimal riding experience.
- Bring swim-wear! There are many opportunities to cool off.

Package Schedule
Groups of 4 or more can make a private reservation with a 30-day notice upon availability.
Day 1:
Meet at Umpqua's Last Resort at 9am for shuttle up to Kelsey Valley. Your day starts here until you reach Toketee. You will be shuttled back to your lodging
Day 2:
Start your adventure off with the Deer Leap Segment, continuing on until you reach Horseshoe Bend Campground your guided tour will end and a shuttle back to your cars will be provided.
